- SkinnyPop .65 oz White Cheddar 100 calories: I like to add this in when lunch or dinner didn’t quite fill me up. It’s a great way to easily keep count of calories as well as add some fiber and feel a little guilty pleasure while I munch.
- Thomas’ Light Multigrain English Muffins 100 calories: This is such a versatile staple. I’ll have one for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I’ll make it into a small pizza or a different type of PB&J. Add gauc and turkey sprinkled with some bagel seasoning and you’ve got your fiber, healthy fat and lean protein.
- Sabra Classic Guacamole Singles 100 calories: Compared to the competition, Sabra has the least calories. I’m also a Texan, so gauc is ALWAYS a staple in my house anyway and instead of having to make the gauc every time I want a snack (no thanks), these individually packed servings are so perfect.
- Sun-Maid Vanilla Yogurt Coated Raisins 120 calories: I have such a sweet tooth. I’ve tried to swap fruit for sugary goodness, but I always fall back. However, this snack is the perfect in-between. I like to enjoy it as something sweet right after lunch while not throwing off my calorie count.
- Fruit and nut snack pack 100 -140 calories: Perfect for your bag or as a mid-day snack, you have so many options when it comes to these prepackaged snack packs — it’s a win-win. I love Emerald because of the wide variety of options they offer so I never get bored.
